These terms govern your use of OmniLancr, a product of AptetLabs, LLC.
AptetLabs, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates OmniLancr ("the Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OmniLancr is a freelance application and workflow platform that helps users evaluate opportunities, prepare applications, organize proof, and track active work. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Upwork and Freelancer.com. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party freelancing platform.
OmniLancr uses AI to help prepare proposals, screening answers, case studies, summaries, and other supporting content. All AI-assisted output is provided as a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before you use or submit it. The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for all content you submit, generate, or publish through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party platform, submit false or misleading content, or engage in unlawful conduct. You are solely responsible for the proposals, attachments, and communications you send to clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The Service stores account and workspace data using third-party infrastructure including Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the Service, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose. You may cancel from your Settings page at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. AptetLabs, LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AptetLabs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including lost contracts, lost revenue, or data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
