This Privacy Notice for AptetLabs, LLC (doing business as OmniLancr) describes how and why we may access, collect, store, use, and share your personal information when you use OmniLancr and related services.

We do not intentionally process sensitive personal information. Payment data is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Core product account and workspace data are stored through Supabase.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

If you use Google login or Google-connected features, our handling of that information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
We process your personal information to provide, improve, and administer the Services, support account creation and authentication, prepare and personalize product outputs, communicate with you, process billing, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Yes. OmniLancr includes features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar technologies. These AI Products help with things like AI insights, proposal generation, summarization, screening support, and natural language processing.
To provide these features, we may share relevant input, output, and related personal information with AI service providers such as Anthropic. We process this information in line with this Privacy Policy and the agreements we maintain with those providers.
Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that do not have privacy laws identical to those in your home country.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, including standard contractual clauses, to support lawful international transfers.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. In most cases, this means we keep account-related information for as long as you have an account with us unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track setting. Because there is no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing these signals, we do not currently respond to them.
If you are a resident of certain US states, including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights to know whether we process your personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling uses.

If you choose to register or log in using a third-party social media or identity account, we may receive certain profile information from that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and other information you make available through that provider's account settings.
